You can save and print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
1. Changes to these Terms
These Terms are to be considered applicable and effective as of the date set out above and as long as they are published on the Website. We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. Any changes to these Terms will be published on the Website and the new terms and conditions will only apply to orders made from the day of their publication of the revised terms.
2. Product Orders and Contract
a. The presentation of the products on the Website is an invitation to offer. The order can be made through the Website by following the steps and instructions specified on the Website.
b. To ensure that our products are purchased for your personal use only, you may not purchase more than 10 items per order nor exceed a total of 10,000£ per order (“Maximum Product Limit”) or submit multiple orders that do not exceed the Maximum Product Limit but are for the same product.
c. Upon receipt of the order, we will contact you to confirm we have received your order along with the order number and information about the products ordered. This does not constitute acceptance of your order and serves only as confirmation that the order has been received.
d. We will verify the availability of the ordered products, as well as the accuracy of the information provided by you. If at any time you identify any changes and/or corrections to be made to the order, you should follow the instructions contained on the Website. However, once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to effect any changes or corrections.
e. The order will only be deemed accepted when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order and/or a dispatch confirmation of your order.
f. Your order may be refused or rejected, for example: (i) if there is an error in the information provided by you, (ii) if the relevant products are out of stock, (iii) where we reasonably suspect that the transaction is or may be fraudulent, unauthorised, unlawful or otherwise poses a risk to our business, (iv) if the order does not appear to meet the normal need for personal use (either based on the Maximum Product Limit within a single order or multiple orders for the same product, even if each order complies with the Maximum Product Limit), (v) if the supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, (vi) because you are located outside the UK, or (vii) the product was mispriced by us.
g. If the order cannot be accepted for any reason as solely determined by us, we will notify you within 10 (ten) days following receipt of the order and refund you the amount paid.
3. Prices and Payment Conditions
a. The price of the products published on the Website relates to the single item and is inclusive of VAT. The price of a product may be subject to change and the current price for the product will be shown to you when you place your order.
b. You can make payment using any authorised methods set out on our Website at the time you place an order.
c. The full amount of the order shall be paid by you at the time you place the order. In order to prevent online fraud, payments made through the Website are managed online by your banking provider using tools required for processing card payments in a secure environment.
d. We may, where permitted by you, save an acknowledgement code associated with your PayPal account for future purchases or the replacement of products already purchased without having to re-enter your PayPal details. You may revoke this authorisation at any time from within your dashboard under “My Account”, by making an express request to Customer Service customerservice@maxandco.com, or directly from your PayPal account.
e. In the event that payment is not accepted due to an incorrect data entry by you, or for other technical reasons which will be communicated to you, you will not be able to place your order. If you decide to leave the payment page in the manner indicated by the service administrator, you will be redirected to the Website and your order will not be completed.

If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point from where the products can be collected by you and you will be notified accordingly. If you do not collect the products from the pick-up point within 10 (ten) days, we will cancel our contract with you and the order will be returned back to us, and we will thereafter issue a refund of the amount paid within 14 days.
