Delivery usually takes place within 4-6 working days and shipping costs is £20 for orders worth less than £140. Shipping is free for all orders worth more than £140.
The products are delivered by the courier DHL from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Do you know that, from today, you can place an order online and collect it free of charge in store? It’s really easy: simply add items to your shopping cart and choose the store where you want to collect your order. To collect it, simply bring your order number and a form of ID.
Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the contact person.
